Only a participant and his or her parents or legal guardians have the authority to request a refund. A refund (minus $50.00 nonrefundable) will be granted for all cancellations requested in writing and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the Gathering is cancelled, a full refund will be given. daCi USA cannot be held responsible for any cancellation or change in charges assessed by airlines, travel agencies, or other institutions in the event of program cancellation.
